It has 3 layers of fabric plus batting and stabilizer for a total of 5 layers of protection between your mug and your table surface. Each mug rug has an original copyrighted poem I wrote enclosed explaining it called What Is A Mug Rug that is printed on card stock and is sealed in a cellophane bag ready to be gifted. The fabric print area may vary depending on the cut of the fabric. The coffee cup candle is a photo prop and not included in your purchase.
